it doesnt see the ethernet card or the wireless card. help! i need to connect to the internet to get the drivers.
Use the recovery disks from Dell to reinstall the dell ethernet driversdrivers
Find out what type of ethernet you have by going to the computer manager --> device manager then download and install the drivers from this site
1.call delldell ethernet drivers and have them send you the driver disk
or
2. go to a friends house download the drivers to a flash drive and then install them
not much more easy then that
