islam moon sightingIs anyone interested in knowing the reason why Islam starts Ramadan with the sighting of a crescent moon?

I think you mean the fast of Ramadan. God commanded Muslims in the Qur'an to fast from dawn to sunset during the month called Ramadan (see Qur'an 2:185, 187). The beginning and end of the month is determined by the crescent (2:189) based on the instruction of God's Messenger, on whom be peace.
Why this method and not another is not for us to say but for God and His Messenger to prescribe. However, I find it an efficient method. It is a universally applicable method, and it allows for Ramadan to move through all the seasons. This allows believers to have the pleasure of worshipping God by fasting in all the various seasons: one year in the summer, some years later in the winter."

In Mecca, there was a god named Hubal who was Lord of the Kabah.
This Hubal was a moon god.
One Muslim apologist confessed that the idol of moon god Hubal was placed upon the roof of the Kaba about 400 years before Muhammad. This may in fact be the origin of why the crescent moon is on top of every minaret at the Kaba today and the central symbol of Islam atop of every mosque throughout the world:

The main point is that the crescent wasn't used a symbol in Islam until the Ottoman Turk period during the 16th century.
Then does the Christains worship the sun because they follow a solar calender then?

math cheatsWhat to do: Everyone in my college math class cheats?
So I go to a smaller private university. First off, my teacher is a total bimbo. Ok so every kid in my class programs thier formulas in thier calculators b/c our teacher is too big of a ditz to notice. The thing is... I do not cheat. I mean, I probably should because I am like, a C math student... but I really, morally just cant do it. So it really urks me that 3/4 of my class cheats on tests... must be nice. I don't know what to do. I 100% wont cheat... should I tell the teacher that pretty much all the students are taking her for a fool? I guess I am just salty that some kids are willing to cheat and be dishonest and the ones who are truthful and just are the ones who really suffer. What would you do? I was in the same situation last year when I took a government class. The professor seemed totally blind. He read his newspaper during every test with his head down. Everyone around me had tiny notecards with their essays written out ahead of time. I saw them cheating on every test. I was always the last to finish but I could not bring myself to cheat. I passed his course with a honest "B".
At the end I was happy I didn't cheat. I didn't have to and you shouldn't either.

This has come up in my Math classes as well, because TI-83's and other calculators can have notes and formulas programmed intmath cheatso them, so I know how you feel. I won't cheat either. I'd rather fail honestly, than pass dishonestly.
If the teacher allows TI-83's, you have to ask yourself, is it cheating to use the calculator to its fullest potential? Teachers should be aware of the technology they allow. If the teacher wanted the calculator to be used only for the four scientific funtions (+ - x / ) then she should have specified that, or not allowed them at all.
If you think the teacher is unaware of the capabilities, ask her about it. Ask her if it's okay to put notes on your calculator, because other students have and you want to verify it's acceptable. If she's okay with it, you shouldn't feel bad about taking advantage of the opportunity.
Don't tell the teacher anything, she must be aware of it, and when you give your final tests you will be the winner, specially if they get a teacher who will not let them copy. ASnyway, in real life when they take up jobs, they'll be kicked out when their boss realies that they know nothing.
I think it was Aesop who said, "you can't keep a bird from fllying over other people's heads, but you can keep it from building a nest in your hair."

Hello... I'm looking for others who have used the penny auction site, "Bidzaroo". I was completely screwed over by them, and I am OUTRAGED. I'm trying to decide in which type of legal direction I'm going to take this in, and would really like to know of other's experience's with Bidzaroo, as I'm sure you were more than likely completely robbed just as I was. I am so thoroughly ticked off, I'm looking to take these crooks down in a big way and I am willing and able to invest time and money to do so... Two weekends ago, I bought a bid pack and won an auction for a camcorder. I don't know how, but they overcharged my credit card by $988! It has been 12 day's and I have sent 6 letters with every one of them expressing that it urgently needed to be corrected and refunded immediately.
With that said, I completely understand that over sights and mistakes can happen. Especially with this time of the year, and the hoards of people trying to get good deals with sites like Bidzaroo offering unbelievably good deals etc etc... When I first noticed this major oversight of them deducting $988 from my debit card, I immediately took action and submitted an email asking for urgent assistance. By the 5th day and the 4th email with no response, I was starting to get pretty upset. I had not Christmas shopped yet for my children, and the money they took from me was what I was going to use to spend on them.
Every single attempt of contacting them has been ignored, and the camcorder shows the status of "paid" yet, "not shipped". Which in its on is frustrating as I intended on giving that to my Husband for Christmas, and it was in no way going to make it in time for Christmas, even though it was paid for 2 WEEKS AGO. This is unbid/ask bounceacceptable business.
As it stands now, Bidzaroo has been contacted 10 times, and it has been 2 weeks, and still not a single response has been given. Bidzaroo has come so close to completely ruining my family's Christmas. That money that they over charged us has completely depleted our bank account and caused us to not ONLY be unable to afford Christmas presents for our 2 children, but it caused other bills and payments to bounce and has put us entirely in the red zone. We were late in our house and car payment, and were charged with late fees and bounced checks. As horrible as that is, it doesn't compare to the fact that my children might have gone without having Christmas presents. Thank GOD we keep a credit card in case of emergency's, and the kids are going to get their gifts that they had hoped for all year.

Hopefully with doing this, maybe some rebid/ask bouncepair can be done to those of us who have been obviously embezzled. I would like to add that I have disputed the charges from Bidzaroo, and all of their heinous charges have been credited back to my account. We’ve all heard the “official conspiracy theory” of the Death Star attack. We all know about Luke Skywalker and his ragtag bunch of rebels, how they mounted a foolhardy attack on the most powerful, well-defended battle station ever built. And we’ve all seen the video over, and over, and over, of the one-in-a-million shot that resulted in a massive chain reaction that not just damaged, but completely obliterated that massive technological wonder.
Like many, I was fed this story when I was growing up. But as I watched the video, I began to realize that all was not as it seemed. And the more I questioned the official story, the deeper into the rabbit hole I went.
Presented here are some of the results of my soul, we have a problem.
Below is a summary of my book, Uncomfortable Questions: An Analysis of the Death Star Attack, which presents compelling evidence that we all may be the victims of a fraud of immense proportions.
Uncomfortable Questions about the Death Star Attack
1) Why were a handful of rebel fighters able to penetrate the defenses of a battle station that had the capability of destroying an entire planet and the defenses to ward off several fleets of battle ships?
The above photos show Death Star defenses. Did they stand down?
2) Why did Grand Moff Tarkin refuse to deploy the station’s large fleet of TIE Fighters until it was too late? Was he acting on orders from somebody to not shoot down the rebel attack force? If so, who, and why?
3) Why was the rebel pilot who supposedly destroyed the Death Star reported to be on the Death Star days, maybe hours, prior to its destruction? Why was he allowed to escape, and why were several individuals dressed in Stormtrooper uniforms seen helping him?
4) Why has there not been an investigation into allegations that Darth Vader, the second-ranking member of the Imperial Government, is in fact the father of the pilot who allegedly destroyed the Death Star?
Why didn't he arrest this rebel when he had the chance?
5) Why did Lord Vader decide to break all protocols and personally pilot a lightly armored TIE Fighter? Conveniently, this placed Lord Vader outside of the Death Star when it was destroyed, where he was also conveniently able to escape from a large-sized rebel fleet that had just routed the Imperial forces. Why would Lord Vader, one of the highest ranking members of the Imperial Government, suddenly decide to fly away from the Death Star in the middle of a battle? Did he know something that the rest of the Imperial Navy didn’t?
In the video of the Death Star’s destruction, Lord Vader clearly exclaims “I have you now” then fires two shots. Those shots never impact — anywhere. Were they merely “added” to the “official” video after the event to make it appear that Lord Vader had at least attempted to fight off his alleged son?

6) Nerf-Herders defy the laws of physics? How could any pilot shoot a missile into a 2 meter-wide exhaust port, let alone a pilot with no formal training, whose only claim to fame was his ability to “bullseye womprats” on Tatooine? This shot, according to one pilot, would be “impossible, even for a computer.” Yet, according to additional evidence, the pilot who allegedly fired the missile turned off his targeting computer when he was supposedly firing the shot that destroyed the Death Star. How did the missile make a right angle turn after entering the exhaust port? How could a missile shot in the vacuum of space–that would tend to keep going in the same direction as it was released, according to the laws of physics–be *sucked* into an *exhaust* pipe? "Exhaust" means to exhale or blow out... Wouldn’t the missiles have been blown awry of their target rather than sucked in? If it had been an intake pipe, then the “bending” path of the missiles could be plausible. Why have these discrepancies never been investigated, let alone explained?

7) Why has their been no investigation into evidence that the droids who provided the rebels with the Death Star plans were once owned by none other than Lord Vader 5. why analysis traininghimself, and were found, conveniently, by the pilot who destroyed the Death Star, and who is also believed to be Lord Vader’s son? Evidence also shows that the droids were brought to one Ben Kenobi, who, records indicate, was Darth Vader’s teacher many years earlier! Are all these personal connections between the conspirators and a key figure in the Imperial government supposed to be coincidences?
8) How could a single missile destroy a battle station the size of a moon? No records, anywhere, show that any battle station or capital ship has ever been destroyed by a single missile. Furthermore, analysis of the tape of the last moments of the Death Star show numerous small explosions along its surface, prior to it exploding completely! Why does all evidence indicate that strategically placed explosives, not a single missile, is what destroyed the Death Star?
How could this small missile create an explosion this big?
9) Prior to the destruction of the Death Star a smuggler named Captain Solo was reportedly given a large sum of money. At a crucial point in the battle, Captain Solo had an unobstructed shot on his choice of the fighters pursuing Skywalker, yet Solo did not take advantage of this opportunity to kill Darth Vader. Although Vader was in the process of firing upon Skywalker’s X-wing, Solo attacked the defensive fighter instead. In the aftermath, Vader escaped, while Solo still had crates of money in his cargo hold. Captain Solo eventually made his way to the Bespin system, where he was seen dining with none other than Vader, who was reportedly obsessed with obtaining Captain Solo’s ship (and the money contained therein). Solo’s ship was then seen flying into the super-structure of the second Death Star, destroying it just after Vader was able to get out (he was seen leaving a shuttle piloted by none other than Luke Skywalker). Yet through this whole sequence of events, the money was never seen removed from Solo’s ship. Was it used to bribe Darth Vader, who (allegedly) assassinated Palpatine? Did anyone other than Vader and Skywalker actually see Emperor Palpatine die?
10 ) During pilot debriefing we leaned that Obi Wan was the one who told Luke to turn off his targeting computer. He said he was told by Obi Wan to "Let go" and "Trust me". This is the same Obi Wan who was, according to the official story, killed after sabotaging the Death Star by none other than Darth Vader BEFORE speaking to Luke. His convenient death places him inside the Death Star just before the explosions on the surface occur. By faking his death Vader would have given Obi Wan time to plant explosives. The only evidence of his death is his Jedi robe on surveillance cameras. And even that can't be found because they decided to conveniently let the evidence burn in the planet atmosphere. Also, why are there reports from Endor that Lord Vader, Obi Wan and Yoda were seen together AFTER their deaths? And who other than the Empire has the capacity to fake their deaths?
11) Lord Vader executed an officer for incompetence by allowing the rebels to escape. He then orders another officer to disable the Millennium Falcon's hyper drive. The rebels once again escape using the disabled hyper drive. Why was the officer responsible for caring out Lord Vader's order to disable the hyper drive not executed? Why was he in fact given NO disciplinary action what so ever? Why did Lord Vader only disable the hyper drive? If Lord Vader didn't want the rebels to escape, why didn't he disable the ship entirely?
12) Why did the captain of the Imperial Stardestroyer not fire upon the lifepod with the droids carrying Death Star plans? The "official story" says he didn't find the any signs of life. He said "Hold your fire. There are no life forms. It must have been short-circuited." Why would he be looking for life when it was electronic plans he should have been looking for. Why did he jump to the conclusion it was "short-circuited". Is he a lifepod engineer?
How can all this be just incompetence and coincidence? IMPOSSIBLE!
The most important question of all is why would a shadowy group in the Empire want to destroy such a technological wonder? Is it an excuse to invade Hoth and steal their oil; a planet which didn’t have anyth5. why analysis traininging to do with the attacks. Or is it to take away your religious freedoms to practice the dark side of the force? As incredible as this sounds it makes more sense than the official story.

Emperor Palpatine purposely destroyed the death star to get the Republic to back an increase in tax to suport an increase in construction of Star destroyers. We’ve all heard the “official conspiracy theory” of the Death Star attack. We all know about Luke Skywalker and his ragtag bunch of rebels, how they mounted a foolhardy attack on the most powerful, well-defended battle station ever built. And we’ve all seen the video over, and over, and over, of the one-in-a-million shot that resulted in a massive chain reaction that not just damaged, but completely obliterated that massive technological wonder.
Like many, I was fed this story when I was growing up. But as I watched the video, I began to realize that all was not as it seemed. And the more I questioned the official story, the deeper into the rabbit hole I went.
Presented here are some of the results of my soul, we have a problem.
Below is a summary of my book, Uncomfortable Questions: An Analysis of the Death Star Attack, which presents compelling evidence that we all may be the victims of a fraud of immense proportions.
Uncomfortable Questions about the Death Star Attack
1) Why were a handful of rebel fighters able to penetrate the defenses of a battle station that had the capability of destroying an entire planet and the defenses to ward off several fleets of battle ships?
The above photos show Death Star defenses. Did they stand down?
2) Why did Grand Moff Tarkin refuse to deploy the station’s large fleet of TIE Fighters until it was too late? Was he acting on orders from somebody to not shoot down the rebel attack force? If so, who, and why?
3) Why was the rebel pilot who supposedly destroyed the Death Star reported to be on the Death Star days, maybe hours, prior to its destruction? Why was he allowed to escape, and why were several individuals dressed in Stormtrooper uniforms seen helping him?
4) Why has there not been an investigation into allegations that Darth Vader, the second-ranking member of the Imperial Government, is in fact the father of the pilot who allegedly destroyed the Death Star?
Why didn't he arrest this rebel when he had the chance?
5) Why did Lord Vader decide to break all protocols and personally pilot a lightly armored TIE Fighter? Conveniently, this placed Lord Vader outside of the Death Star when it was destroyed, where he was also conveniently able to escape from a large-sized rebel fleet that had just routed the Imperial forces. Why would Lord Vader, one of the highest ranking members of the Imperial Government, suddenly decide to fly away from the Death Star in the middle of a battle? Did he know something that the rest of the Imperial Navy didn’t?
In the video of the Death Star’s destruction, Lord Vader clearly exclaims “I have you now” then fires two shots. Those shots never impact — anywhere. Were they merely “added” to the “official” video after the event to make it appear that Lord Vader had at least attempted to fight off his alleged son?

6) Nerf-Herders defy the laws of physics? How could any pilot shoot a missile into a 2 meter-wide exhaust port, let alone a pilot with no formal training, whose only claim to fame was his ability to “bullseye womprats” on Tatooine? This shot, according to one pilot, would be “impossible, even for a computer.” Yet, according to additional evidence, the pilot who allegedly fired the missile turned off his targeting computer when he was supposedly firing the shot that destroyed the Death Star. How did the missile make a right angle turn after entering the exhaust port? How could a missile shot in the vacuum of space–that would tend to keep going in the same direction as it was released, according to the laws of physics–be *sucked* into an *exhaust* pipe? "Exhaust" means to exhale or blow out... Wouldn’t the missiles have been blown awry of their target rather than sucked in? If it had been an intake pipe, then the “bending” path of the missiles could be plausible. Why have these discrepancies never been investigated, let alone explained?

7) Why has their been no investigation into evidence that the droids who provided the rebels with the Death Star plans were once owned by none other than Lord Vader 5. why analysis traininghimself, and were found, conveniently, by the pilot who destroyed the Death Star, and who is also believed to be Lord Vader’s son? Evidence also shows that the droids were brought to one Ben Kenobi, who, records indicate, was Darth Vader’s teacher many years earlier! Are all these personal connections between the conspirators and a key figure in the Imperial government supposed to be coincidences?
8) How could a single missile destroy a battle station the size of a moon? No records, anywhere, show that any battle station or capital ship has ever been destroyed by a single missile. Furthermore, analysis of the tape of the last moments of the Death Star show numerous small explosions along its surface, prior to it exploding completely! Why does all evidence indicate that strategically placed explosives, not a single missile, is what destroyed the Death Star?

9) Prior to the destruction of the Death Star a smuggler named Captain Solo was reportedly given a large sum of money. At a crucial point in the battle, Captain Solo had an unobstructed shot on his choice of the fighters pursuing Skywalker, yet Solo did not take advantage of this opportunity to kill Darth Vader. Although Vader was in the process of firing upon Skywalker’s X-wing, Solo attacked the defensive fighter instead. In the aftermath, Vader escaped, while Solo still had crates of money in his cargo hold. Captain Solo eventually made his way to the Bespin system, where he was seen dining with none other than Vader, who was reportedly obsessed with obtaining Captain Solo’s ship (and the money contained therein). Solo’s ship was then seen flying into the super-structure of the second Death Star, destroying it just after Vader was able to get out (he was seen leaving a shuttle piloted by none other than Luke Skywalker). Yet through this whole sequence of events, the money was never seen removed from Solo’s ship. Was it used to bribe Darth Vader, who (allegedly) assassinated Palpatine? Did anyone other than Vader and Skywalker actually see Emperor Palpatine die?
10 ) During pilot debriefing we leaned that Obi Wan was the one who told Luke to turn off his targeting computer. He said he was told by Obi Wan to "Let go" and "Trust me". This is the same Obi Wan who was, according to the official story, killed after sabotaging the Death Star by none other than Darth Vader BEFORE speaking to Luke. His convenient death places him inside the Death Star just before the explosions on the surface occur. By faking his death Vader would have given Obi Wan time to plant explosives. The only evidence of his death is his Jedi robe on surveillance cameras. And even that can't be found because they decided to conveniently let the evidence burn in the planet atmosphere. Also, why are there reports from Endor that Lord Vader, Obi Wan and Yoda were seen together AFTER their deaths? And who other than the Empire has the capacity to fake their deaths?
11) Lord Vader executed an officer for incompetence by allowing the rebels to escape. He then orders another officer to disable the Millennium Falcon's hyper drive. The rebels once again escape using the disabled hyper drive. Why was the officer responsible for caring out Lord Vader's order to disable the hyper drive not executed? Why was he in fact given NO disciplinary action what so ever? Why did Lord Vader only disable the hyper drive? If Lord Vader didn't want the rebels to escape, why didn't he disable the ship entirely?
12) Why did the captain of the Imperial Stardestroyer not fire upon the lifepod with the droids carrying Death Star plans? The "official story" says he didn't find the any signs of life. He said "Hold your fire. There are no life forms. It must have been short-circuited." Why would he be looking for life when it was electronic plans he should have been looking for. Why did he jump to the conclusion it was "short-circuited". Is he a lifepod engineer?
How can all this be just incompetence and coincidence? IMPOSSIBLE!
The most important question of all is why would a shadowy group in the Empire want to destroy such a technological wonder? Is it an excuse to invade Hoth and steal their oil; a planet which didn’t have anyth5. why analysis traininging to do with the attacks. Or is it to take away your religious freedoms to practice the dark side of the force? As incredible as this sounds it makes more sense than the official story.
The only way we will ever get answers to these and other troubling questions is by voting into the office those who will make an investigation into the official story a priority. Listen to the "Bombad General" of Gungan. A whistleblower with connections to Emperor Palpatine.

i don't normally sneeze very often, even during pollen season or even when i am sick! maybe once a month i will sneeze.... but for the past , maybe, 2 weeks, i've been sneezing everyday..sometimes several times a day..and several sneezes at a time.
there has been nothing new in my environment that would have caused any kind of new allergic reaction.
this may seem a little weird, but when i first took note of the fact that i was sneezing a lot..it first made me think that it might be a sign of pregnancy..even though that sounded even a little silly to me.....but i looked up sneezing and pregnancy on the internet and there is something that is very common, especially in the first trimester, called pregnancy rhinitis......and i am trying to conceive..

I actually had something similar to this but I had a head cold to go along with it. I never get sick so when I started sneezing and getting stuffed up, that was one of my first clues that I was pregnant. But mine was more the stuffy nose, not the sneezing although looking back on it now, I do really remember having the urge to sneeze a lot (I don't like sneezing!) but didn't actually sneeze. free law advice divorce texasNeed help please some one?
I need some help regarding BAH. According to the BAH housing regulations I am entitled to all the BAH if living in another state. But According to my husbands command there is this thing called type "2" BAH, Where the spouses are seperated. I can not find anything about Type "2" BAH in the Regulations. I also talked to our post housing authority and was told there is no such thing. Also according to the Seperation regulations The spouse must be atleast 50 miles away in order to obtain seperation pay. My current husbands command said that you can only get seperation pay if he goes over seas but that's not what the regulations on it say. And that's not what happened in my previous marriage. My husband got it because he lived at McGregor Range and I lived closer to Ft Bliss. And that's more then 50 miles.
According to Texas state law (divorce law) there is no such thing as a Legal Seperation. Now if that is true why won't my husbands command give me the Full BAH? And if they qualify us as "seperated" then why am I not recieving the Seperation Pay?
The BAH is 891.90 for my husbands Rank and Time. But this type "2" BAH only allows me 681.91 a month. And he receives the rest along with his regular pay. Which is 2418.61 after Taxes are taken out. Explain to me how that is fair, when he is getting free room and Board at the Barracks. I know all about the 3 day cooling off period but he's been there for 5 months. Shouldn't I be recieving the whole BAH if there is no LEGAL seperation in the state of Texas? And shouldn't the Military be making him be responsible for giving me money if I need it? Keep in mind There is a Domestic Violence against him and I am NOW 9 months pregnant. He has sent me enough money to pay my rent. He has three bills totaling 500.00, My bills (because he refused to support me after I pressed charges and had to move back home) are about $1300.
Some one please explain to me how that is Fair? Texas law states that as long as we are married I am entitled to half his Check because it's Marital Income. And the Military or his Chain of command is telling me I am only entitled to part of the BAH and he gets the remainder.

You need to stop talking to JAG or military legal assistance and talk to your attorney. Everything is changes from state to state. I assume Texas is where you are and here are some of the guide lines.
Texas is a "Community Property" state. Community property is all property that was acquired during the marriage. This property will be divided equally (50-50) by the court if the parties are not able to come to an agreement.
In a decree of divorce or annulment, the court shall order a division of the estate of the parties in a manner that the court deems just and right, having due regard for the rights of each party and any children of the marriage.
(a) in addition to the division of the estate of the parties required by Section 7.001, in a decree of divorce or annulment the court shall order a division of the following real and personal property, wherever situated, in a manner that the court deems just and right, having due regard for the rights of each party and any children of the marriage:
(1) property that was acquired by either spouse while domiciled in another state and that would have been community property if the spouse who acquired the property had been domiciled in this state at the time of the acquisition; or
(2) property that was acquiredfree law advice divorce texas by either spouse in exchange for real or personal property and that would have been community property if the spouse who acquired the property so exchanged had been domiciled in this state at the time of its acquisition.

(c) in a decree of divorce or annulment, the court shall confirm the following as the separate property of a spouse if partitioned or exchanged by written agreement of the spouses:
(1) income and earnings from the spouses' property, wages, salaries, and other forms of compensation received on or after January 1 of the year in which the suit for dissolution of marriage was filed; or
(2) income and earnings from the spouses' property, wages, salaries, and other forms of compensation received in another year during which the spouses were married for any part of the year. (Texas Code - Family Code - Chapters: 7.001-7.006)
Pension and Retirement Accounts: In a decree of divorce or annulment, the court shall determine the rights of both spouses in a pension, retirement plan, annuity, individual retirement account, employee stock option plan, stock option, or other form of savings, bonus, profit-sharing, or other employer plan or financial plan of an employee or a participant, regardless of whether the person is self-employed, in the nature of compensation or savings.

In order to qualify for Separation pay if you are civilian and he is military is if he is gone free law advice divorce texason orders. If you are choosing to be separated because of your school, your job or martial issues then he will not get FSA. This is a volunteer separation not on military orders. If he is going to school and you can't be together then he would qualify for it. If he was getting Separation Pay it is his pay not yours and he is under no obligation to give you any of it.
He is not obligated to give you the whole amount of BAH at all. He is only required to give you the difference between BAH w/o dependents and BAH w/dependents if you are separated. According to Texas state law (divorce law) there is no such thing as a Legal Seperation. Now if that is true why won't my husbands command give me the Full BAH? And if they qualify us as "seperated" then why am I not recieving the Seperation Pay?
The BAH is 891.90 for my husbands Rank and Time. But this type "2" BAH only allows me 681.91 a month. And he receives the rest along with his regular pay. Which is 2418.61 after Taxes are taken out. You need to stop talking to JAG or military legal assistance and talk to your attorney. Everything is changes from state to state. I assume Texas is where you are and here are some of the guide lines.
Texas is a "Community Property" state. Community property is all property that was acquired during the marriage. This property will be divided equally (50-50) by the court if the parties are not able to come to an agreement.
In a decree of divorce or annulment, the court shall order a division of the estate of the parties in a manner that the court deems just and right, having due regard for the rights of each party and any children of the marriage.
(a) in addition to the division of the estate of the parties required by Section 7.001, in a decree of divorce or annulment the court shall order a division of the following real and personal property, wherever situated, in a manner that the court deems just and right, having due regard for the rights of each party and any children of the marriage:

ok, i installed limewire yesterday, but everytime i tried to open it, it wouldnt open. so then i uninstalled it. now im trying to reinstall it but its telling me that i have a older version running and that i need to exit out of it and try again. im so confused! can some help me on what to do? and also tell me hoe to use limewire, cuz i was messing with it yesterday (before it was doing that stuff) and i didnt really get how to work it...so help is appreciated!

yeah basically restart, i use the older version of limewire because in my opinion it is much more user friendly than the current one. but also try not downloading it from limewires site. type in google limewire pro download and download that file, you will have limewire pro for free, and it works!
It may be because you have an older computer. If you do get it working you can use it by typing in the name of a song or artist and clicking search. As the search results come in you can click one and press download. The download status will appear toward the bottom of the screen. When the song is complete you can listen to it or drag it into ylimewireour itunes library. Then clear the song out of the download section.
try restarting the computer, uninstall it if its not already done and then reinstall it.
If you press CTRL + ALT + DELETE (all at the same time) and then release, a window should come up called Task Manager. If you go to the Processes Tab and look for something along the lines of "limewire" (.exe) select it, then click End Process at the bottom. Be careful what you end here, and make sure that you only End things with your name next to them, not System, at least - not completely failsafe so just be careful, but ending limewire should be fine.
Then try again.
If not you could try downloading something like YourUninstaller and trying to fix/uninstall anything using that. If not again then reboot and try again, and if you can get into Limewire, try downloading Limewire Pro and see if that works any better for you. (All done at your own risk :) ) - it'll be fine though!

No, Texas cannot secede. It can only divide into 5 territories according to constitutional experts. Furthermore, you are not alone in how you feel. Texas House sliced his budget 96% in response to his ridiculous statement, and the Senate voted in favor of recieving a large federal stimulus, the very thing Perry was speakign against.
It is one thing to stand up for principles and state's rights: its another thing to flat out say you will not pay what you owe. Texas recieved federal funding: therefore Texas much contribute to the bill. Whine about states rights all you like: you gotta pay the piper.
Why wasn't Perry standing up against federal spending in the Bush era? While some may say it was wartime spending, as time passes we are seeing how the right was silent on Bush's spree because it was not on their dime, but now that it may be on their dime: they want to whine. Well, we whined about paying for the war, and nothing changed. So stay along for the ride!
Why, because they are not willing to sell out, and give up rights to the status quo? I lived in Dallas for some time and have never found a more patriotic group of people than the Texans. If things don't go our way in favor of the Constitution, what would you do, say "OK, take me", or stand up and fight for your beliefs? The state of Texas is one of the few states that could be completely self sufficient if they broke away and could actually hurt the USA if they did because of the oil and refineries.

Texas was an independent country before becoming a State and in their Constitution they can succeede if they want to just like any state in the union.
I suggest we have a kick out of the union party instead. The states that do not want socialism or chow can texas secede from the unionommunism or a strong Federal govt should kick out California, Oregon, Washington (state), New York, Vermont, PA, Massachussettes, Maine, and Michigan then the rest of us can go about with Freedom and an unoppressive Fedzilla of a govt.

I am not really sure what these people at the tea parties think they are protesting. Taxes, which have not gone up in the last three months, the bailouts, the stimulus or something else all together. Seems like a lot of people were protesting different things.
