I have two pictures of my cat that I want to send over the website. One is of my cat yawning, and he looks mad but isn't. The other one is of my cat and he has this pathetic look on this face like 'what the heck?' there is a small plastic graduation hat on his head. Just need help with captions and what are the fonts called that they use for the pictures?
Maybe the yawning one could be "Give me back my (favorite food/toy here)!" or something like that. Maybe "Get off the litterbox already!"
The other could be "Cats don't need to go to obedience school, we come as angleic as we'll ever get." or "I can't play withpictures of cats yawning the tassle on my hat? Why not?" "This PROVES we're smarter than dogs." "I didn't know we were graduating, I was just there for the catnip." "This looks more like a toy than a hat to me"
I don't understand what you want for the fonts question, but suggested fonts would be Comic Sans MS, Tahoma, or Arial. Those are some genaric fonts everyone should have to get you started."

If you're talking about www.icanhascheezburger.com, you can go there and join up. Once you do that, you'll have the ability to upload photos and once they're there, you can caption them.
I can't tell you what all the fonts are and what they look like - when you're working on a caption you can choose different ones to see what they look like.
I'd have to see the pictures in order to come up with a caption. All I can tell you is, you just have to go with whatever pops into your head.
